Job Description: The main purpose of this position is to grow the business in all key accounts under coverage by creating demand for the medical products through personal contacts with key users, influencers, and through education. Role Overview: As an Area Sales Manager - Hospital Sales, your key responsibility is to achieve the territorial sales budget and sales target by executing marketing plans through personal contacts with key users, influencers, and through education. You will organize and conduct in-service workshops and trainings for customers as well as healthcare professionals on BD products. Identifying tender/rate contract opportunities and ensuring timely submission of quotations will be crucial. Your success will be measured by achieving sales targets and maintaining sales track records. Key Responsibilities: - Meets or exceeds established annual sales quota. - Makes effective sales presentations to customers and healthcare professionals. - Establishes and maintains good relationships with all customers and healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. - Reports in writing on activities, expenses, and competitive activity within the territory. - Provides information to the Marketing Department on product quality and customer satisfaction. - Identifies tender/rate contract opportunities and ensures timely submission of quotations. - Organizes and presents in-service workshops and training sessions to customers and healthcare professionals. - Ensures that the Company's products are used properly and safely. - Ensures that the Company's products are correctly billed and coded. - Ensures that complaints are investigated, and action taken where necessary.
