Senior Design Engineer

🔹 Job Summary:

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for design and release activities across product lines. You will work closely with manufacturing, service, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely engineering deliverables, minimal tooling costs, and high-quality, competitive products.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee design projects from concept to manufacturing release

* Perform engineering calculations, evaluations, and feasibility studies

* Create accurate design layouts, detailed drawings, and BOMs

* Ensure designs meet safety, reliability, durability, and customer requirements

* Propose innovative design solutions using new technologies

* Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and internal stakeholders

* Update and revise drawings based on prototype testing and feedback

* Support service teams with technical guidance, troubleshooting, and training

* Resolve shop-floor issues and suggest design improvements to meet production goals

* Maintain complete and accurate documentation of designs and releases

🔹 Experience & Skill Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Design or related field

* 5–6 years of experience in design, research, testing, or manufacturing

aggregate processing, heavy engineering, or construction equipment

Autodesk Inventor

* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling requirements

* Comfortable working in industrial environments (factories, quarry sites, construction areas)

* Physically able to inspect machinery, climb equipment, and troubleshoot on-site when required

* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
