Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join our team in New Delhi for a full-time on-site role. The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of engineering projects, creating accurate CAD models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for product and system design. Additional responsibilities include analyzing and improving design processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires technical expertise and a strong commitment to delivering innovative solutions in engineering design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design principles
• Expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
• Solid understanding of industry standards and best practices in engineering design
• Experience with project planning and management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven track record in a senior engineering design role
