Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)

residential high-rise or mass housing projects

AutoCAD

Revit / BIM

RCC structures, construction sequencing, and formwork cycles

BOMs and material take-offs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent coordination and communication abilities

High level of ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail

Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects

Accuracy and completeness of design drawings

Adherence to project design timelines

Reduction in site-level design issues and rework

Optimization of material usage and repetition
