We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resource Manager with proven experience in the Steel & Iron industry . The role involves overseeing core HR functions including payroll management, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development . The right candidate will be a people-first leader who can balance business objectives with employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement. Oversee payroll processing , statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws), and audit requirements. Lead talent acquisition strategies to source and recruit skilled professionals in the steel & iron sector. Foster a positive work culture by handling employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution. Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to organizational standards. Drive performance management systems , appraisals, and learning & development initiatives. Collaborate with leadership to implement employee retention programs and succession planning. Maintain HRMS, employee databases, attendance, and leave records accurately. Key Requirements: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 2+ years of HR experience in the Steel & Iron industry is preferred . Strong knowledge of HR functions, payroll systems, and statutory compliance. Communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
