Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee engagement.
  
• Oversee

  payroll processing

  , statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws), and audit requirements.
• Lead

  talent acquisition

  strategies to source and recruit skilled professionals in the steel & iron sector.
• Foster a positive work culture by handling employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  
• Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  
• Drive

  performance management systems

  , appraisals, and learning & development initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement employee retention programs and succession planning.
  
• Maintain HRMS, employee databases, attendance, and leave records accurately.
  

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  

• 2+ years of HR experience in the Steel & Iron industry is preferred

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, payroll systems, and statutory compliance.
  
• Communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities across multiple HR domains.
