Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and data in ATS or hiring trackers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future needs

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/product/enterprise software hiring preferred)
• Strong understanding of technology roles, skill sets, and hiring trends
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment analytics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Willingness to work onsite from the Noida office

Preferred:

• Experience hiring for product-based companies or enterprise software teams
• Exposure to high-volume or niche technical hiring
