About the Role

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment

  for both IT and Manufacturing roles.
• Source candidates using multiple channels — LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal database, referrals, etc.
• Understand client requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Build a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing and future requirements.
• Work closely with account managers and delivery heads to meet hiring targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in technical recruitment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing for

  Manufacturing

  roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Maintenance, Quality, etc.) and

  IT roles

  (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and ATS tools

  .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven

  environment.
• Experience in

  contract staffing or RPO

  hiring will be an added advantage.
