Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit technical professionals (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, Planning, PMO, etc.) for renewable energy projects.
Build, manage & maintain a
large resource database
and professional network across India.
Conduct technical screening and prepare candidates for client interviews with a
70%+ success target
.
Collaborate with HR, Project Managers, and Operations to meet hiring needs within timelines.
Manage replacements during contingencies and ensure compliance/documentation.
Stay updated on market trends and project requirements to refine hiring strategies.
Prepare candidate technically before client round of interview.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
(mandatory).
Minimum
8 years of experience
in technical recruitment, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong knowledge of
technical job requirements
for renewable energy projects.
Proficiency in sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, Boolean search, social media groups).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
