Title: Domestic Technical Sourcer / Recruiter ( India staffing ) No of positions: 2 Location: Anywhere in India (Remote) is OK. Major metro cities may be preferred. Required Qualifications: * 3 to 8+ years of IT Technical Recruiting experience in Indian Recruiting and staffing * Strong expereince with Techincal recruiting in India with positions like Java , fullstack, backend engineer, UI deveoper, Data Engineer, DevOps, UX designer, Technical PM, salesforce developer, etc * Working with job boards like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter etc. * Experience with working with Social Media recruiting using LinkedIn, Twitter etc * Experience with ATS like Ceipal, Zoho Recruit or similar * Must be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals. * Plus: experience leading Team of Recruiters, Account management, Operation Management Perks and benefits Compensation: Competitive ( Base + incentives )
