Technical Recruiter

WHAT YOU WILL DO | JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level technology roles (e.g., software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, support engineers) for our Jaipur office.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements, draft JDs, and define selection criteria aligned with business goals.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, networking groups, and employee referrals, with a strong focus on quality and TAT.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ technical understanding, communication, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and discussions with panel members, ensuring smooth candidature progression.
  • Build and maintain active talent pipelines for recurring tech roles and support employer branding initiatives (social posts, hiring drives).
  • Track hiring metrics (source mix, interview-to-offer ratios, joining conversions) and maintain accurate ATS/recruitment data.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience, manage offers, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement to minimize drop-offs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING | REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS | YOUR PROFILE

The top candidate will have the following skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 0-5 years of hands-on experience in IT/tech recruitment, ideally in startups or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and hiring nuances in the IT ecosystem.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interactions.
  • Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), ATS tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work from Jaipur office and join on immediate/short notice basis.
  • Proactive mindset with high ownership in fast-paced startup environments.
