Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Canada (EST Shift)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter based in India to support end-to-end recruitment for Canadian clients. Hands-on Canadian recruitment experience is mandatory. The recruiter will work in alignment with the EST time zone and partner closely with hiring managers and account teams in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for Canadian roles only (contract & full-time)
• Work exclusively in EST business hours with Canadian stakeholders
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and ATS
• Conduct technical and behavioral screening aligned with Canadian market standards
• Mandatory validation of Canadian work authorization
• Submit high-quality candidate profiles with detailed screening notes
• Coordinate client interviews, feedback, and follow-ups
• Manage offer discussions and support onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and ATS updates
• Ensure compliance with Canadian employment and privacy regulations

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• 3+ years of Canadian recruitment experience (must have recruited for Canada-based roles)
• Proven experience recruiting IT / Technical roles for Canadian clients
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of Canadian work authorization types
• Ability to work EST shift on a regular basis
• Excellent spoken and written English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Canadian staffing agencies or MSP/VMS portals
• Knowledge of Canadian contract models (T4, Inc, Corp-to-Corp)
• Experience with ATS tools (Bullhorn, JobDiva, Zoho Recruit, etc.)
• Prior experience supporting enterprise clients

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
