**Experience:** 5+ Years**Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (WFO)**Department:** Finance & AccountsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the end-to-end financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an IT or technology-driven environment and possess strong analytical, compliance, and reporting skills. This role requires hands-on experience in managing accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll, cash flow, vendor and client accounts, and asset management.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Prepare and maintain P&L statements, balance sheets, and monthly financial reports. Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.¢ Handle cash flow forecasting and management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.¢ Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.Compliance & Statutory Filings¢ Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.¢ Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for filings and audits.¢ Maintain up-to-date documentation for all financial and legal compliance requirements.Payroll & Asset Management¢ Manage monthly payroll processing, including statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, professional tax, etc.).¢ Oversee company asset management, ensuring proper tagging, usage tracking, and periodic audits.Business Support & Analysis¢ Prepare financial analyses, MIS reports, and management dashboards for strategic decision-making.¢ Support leadership with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.¢ Draft Scope of Work (SOW) and pricing documentation for client proposals.¢ Create and present financial presentations for internal reviews and client discussions.Desired Skills & Qualifications¢ MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.¢ 5+ years of relevant experience in IT / technology / service-based organizations.¢ Sound understanding of accounting principles, corporate compliance, and taxation.¢ Hands-on experience with Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / SAP or equivalent ERP systems.¢ Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.¢ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.¢ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Why Join Us¢ Opportunity to work with a fast-growing IT organization driving innovation.¢ Exposure to end-to-end financial management and strategic business planning.¢ Collaborative, high-performance work environment with growth potential.
