Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with all local and national financial regulations. Expertly handle GST compliance , including accurate calculation, timely filing of returns, and reconciliation. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements using Tally ERP/Prime software. Handle all aspects of finance management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis specific to the FMCG industry. Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial books. Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and asset management. Required Qualifications & Experience Education: Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., M.Com, MBA-Finance, CA/CMA Inter). Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role. Sector Experience: Mandatory prior experience working within the FMCG industry.
