Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  entire recruitment lifecycle

  for technical positions (Mainframe, Cybersecurity, Networking).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand

  job requirements, team goals, and technical expectations

  .
• Source candidates using

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Indeed

  , and other relevant platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary technical discussions to assess candidate fit.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for

  critical and recurring technology roles

  .
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and provide feedback loops.
• Handle

  offer negotiations

  , onboarding coordination, and post-hire engagement.
• Maintain accurate data and reports in ATS/Excel/Google Sheets.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years of

  IT recruitment experience

  with a focus on

  Mainframe, Cybersecurity, or Networking

  domains.
• Strong understanding of

  technical terminologies

  , certifications (e.g., CCNA, CISSP, RACF, z/OS), and relevant job functions.
• Proven track record in

  closing niche technology roles

  under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with

  end-to-end sourcing strategies

  (Boolean search, job boards, referrals, campus hiring).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with

  MS Excel/Google Sheets

  for recruitment tracking.
