Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter

Location: Noida, Sector 63
Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Working Mode: On-site (5 Days Office)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Preferred Qualification: Computer Science or IT Graduates
Note: Candidates must have a strong understanding of IT skills and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT and technical roles across various domains.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
• Draft job descriptions, post openings, and support recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks.
• Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Stay informed about IT industry trends, job market insights, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment (end-to-end or sourcing).
• Flexibility to work on global recruitment assignments.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Basic understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn/job portals.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
