Job Title - Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a proactive and communicative Technical Recruiter to join our team remotely. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential candidates, effectively communicate the details of the job role, and guide them through the process of taking the Brivio assessment. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in candidate calling.

Key Responsibilties

• Identify and connect with potential candidates through various channels.
• Brief candidates comprehensively about the job roles and requirements.
• Encourage and facilitate candidates to take the Brivio assessment as part of the recruitment process.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and queries professionally.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to understand role specifications and candidate profiles.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and assessment statuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in calling candidates for recruitment or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and motivate candidates.
• Basic understanding of technical roles and recruitment processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Effective communication and persuasion skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software is advantageous.
