Role Overview:

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technology and IT-related roles across the organization. This position requires strong knowledge of IT skill sets, sourcing strategies, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The IT Recruiter plays a key role in ensuring the organization attracts and hires top technical talent to meet business needs and drive digital transformation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Conduct technical assessments and coordinate with technical panels for evaluations.
  • Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates to provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to IT managers and project leaders.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and emerging IT skills.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on workforce planning and recruitment metrics.
  • Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment dashboards and hiring status reports for leadership.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in both agency and corporate environments.
  • Familiarity with technical assessments and IT interview processes.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
