Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for contractual staffing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client needs.
• Conduct and coordinate interview processes with clients and candidates.
• Maintain accurate records on the ATS and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure long-term engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in contractual staffing recruitment (end-to-end).
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
• Hands-on experience and

  good knowledge of ATS platforms

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from office full-time in Bengaluru.
