Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (IT, Software, ERP, Cloud, Infra, etc.).
• Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit of candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Negotiate offers and close positions within agreed timelines.
• Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in

  technical recruitment

  (IT/software/ERP preferred).
• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and industry trends.
• Experience in handling full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, social platforms, etc.).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
