Technical Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter with 2 to 4 years of experience, you play a crucial role in finding top talent for clients based in Mangalore. Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various roles and projects. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize various sourcing methods and channels to attract qualified candidates for IT positions. - Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and suitability for the role. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback to candidates. - Facilitate negotiation and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status. - Develop and nurture a robust network and pipeline of IT talent for current and future recruitment needs. - Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment and the industry. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, IT, or a related field. - 2-3 years of demonstrated experience as an IT recruiter in a staffing agency or corporate setting. - Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools and platforms. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with candidates and clients. - Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and terminologies. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends as per business requirements.,
