Position: IT Recruiter

Employment Type: Payroll (In-house)
Salary Range: 18,000 30,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
Build and maintain a database of qualified IT candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
Manage job postings, candidate follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
