Technical Proposal Writer

As a Technical Proposal Writer, your role will involve responding to RFI, RFP, RFQ in a timely manner to meet deadlines. You will be responsible for creating various proposal documents such as Whitepapers, Case Studies, Presentations, and Web Content. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and enhancing pre-written content, understanding Company's services and technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Delivery, Sales, Presales, and Technical SMEs. You should be able to adapt quickly to different project requirements, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and have strong time management skills. Additionally, you will work closely with Cloud Integration teams to gather solution inputs and align documentation with cloud architecture and best practices. Qualifications Required: - MBA / MCA / Engineering Graduate with a solid IT background - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong command of written English - Basic understanding of core IT concepts including Cloud Computing, Data Management, RPA, AI & Machine Learning - Additional knowledge of CRM, ERP, SCM, SaaS, ITSM, DWH is advantageous - Understanding of SDLC - Proficiency in MS Office - Familiarity with IT Sales & Presales processes - Ability to build strong working relationships within the team The company offers a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including a flexible schedule, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
