Additionally, you will be tasked with integrating the CSOD LMS with third-party applications and enterprise tools to ensure seamless functionality across platforms. As the CSOD LMS Implementation and Integration Expert, you will troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the implementation and integration process. You will also provide training and support to administrators and end-users on how to effectively utilize the CSOD functionalities. It is essential to maintain compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards while optimizing system performance, reporting, and analytics within the CSOD environment. To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of implementing and integrating the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS. Experience with API-based integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations, and data migration is crucial for success. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other third-party integrations will be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and stakeholder management abilities are key attributes required for this position. Having a CSOD certification or any relevant LMS certification is considered a plus and will be beneficial in demonstrating your expertise in this field. This position is on a contract basis with an initial duration of 3 months, and there is a possibility of extension for several years.
