Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution

  of technical projects.
• Translate

  business needs

  into project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Develop

  project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets

  .
• Work closely with engineering teams to

  track progress, manage risks, and remove roadblocks

  .
• Ensure clear communication across

  cross-functional teams

  , providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and champion

  project management best practices

  (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).
• Facilitate

  daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews

• Identify

  process improvements

  and drive operational efficiency across teams.
• Maintain

  project documentation

  , including roadmaps, status reports, and postmortems.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience

  in project management with a focus on technology/software projects.
• Strong

  technical background

  or familiarity with software engineering concepts (APIs, cloud, data, etc.).
• Proficiency with

  project management tools

  (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Confluence).
• Experience managing

  Agile or hybrid project delivery models

  .
• Excellent

  organizational skills

  with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong

  written and verbal communication skills

  to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of

  delivering projects on time and within scope

  .

Nice to Have

• Certification in project management (

  PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe

  ).
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to

  data, BI, or SaaS product development

  .
• Experience working in

  startups or fast-paced environments
