Job title: Technical Project Manager
Work schedule: 9 am-6 pm or 1-10 pm (on a need basis, negotiable)
Travel requirements:
Minimal (10%)
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
As a technical project manager, you will manage multiple teams and client engagements to ensure timely delivery of customer deliverables with quality we can be proud of.
Job duties
- Leveraging your knowledge of Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo.
- Managing implementations, system upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and support for the above products.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline teams (across Trundl and our clients) such that all parties are on track with project scope, resources, and schedule.
- Working with teams to identify, track and resolve issues/roadblocks and manage risks.
- Leading a team to enable their skills to meet customer commitments with proactive planning.
- Delivering projects on-time while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Owning and communicating project status reports to the team and stakeholders.
- Establishing project communication plans and leading their execution.
- Facilitating effective meetings with customers and Trundl teams.
- Coordinating development of training materials and other artifacts as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to clients.
- Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
Skills
- Track record of successfully delivering software and technology consulting projects.
- Impactful verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, and customer-focused organization with a client base that is growing fast.
- Proficiency to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing scope, schedule and budget.
- Mentorship experience to guide and upskill team members
- Experience with Jira and Confluence. We use these tools to manage our projects of course!
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban, or some variation of Agile methodologies.
- Agile and/or project management certifications.
- Atlassian certifications.

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
Project Management, agile and waterfall methodologies, customer centricity, change management, people and team management, general awareness of financial practices in project management, communication and negotiation skills, documentation and organization.
Environment:
Consulting services, agile delivery
Certifications
: Any Atlassian, PM, or Agile certifications are a plus

- Deliver customer projects on time, under budget and superior quality with high degree of client satisfaction (customer pulse of delighted, or neutral at a minimum) on the experience throughout the project life cycle.
- Handle multiple customers (5-15) simultaneously.
