Job Description: We seek a highly skilled and experienced QA / Release Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive the quality and timely release of our products. This role involves defining testing procedures, implementing test automation, and certifying readiness for release to production. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement comprehensive testing procedures. Choose and implement test automation tools and strategies. Certify and approve software readiness for production releases. Ensure all Jira work items include agreed-upon definitions of done (DoD) to ensure proper text coverage. Collaborate with the development and product teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software releases. Qualifications: Proven experience in software quality assurance and release management. Strong knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies. Experience with Jira and other project management tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. Experience with the Atlassian Cloud platform. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Title: Atlassian Solutions Engineer Location: Hyderabad-Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Solutions Engineer to manage and optimize our Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Crowd. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both application and backend administration, ensuring system stability, security, and high performance. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, scripting capabilities, and a deep understanding of Atlassian Server/Data Center applications. Key Responsibilities: Application Administration: Manage and administer Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Crowd, including general setup, configurations, and security management. Backend Administration: Perform system-level troubleshooting by analyzing application logs, monitoring system health, and optimizing performance. Linux Administration: Utilize Linux commands for system-level diagnostics, issue resolution, and application maintenance. Scripting & Automation: Implement automation and advanced configurations using ScriptRunner for Jira to enhance workflows and streamline operations. Incident Management: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to application performance, security, and integrations. Workflow & Process Optimization: Configure and optimize Jira workflows, custom fields, issue types, permissions, and notifications to align with business needs. License & Security Management: Maintain compliance with license usage, security policies, and access control for all Atlassian applications. Ad-hoc Configuration & Support: Provide support for ad-hoc configuration requests, system upgrades, and integrations with third-party tools. Required Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience in administrating Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd) on Server/Data Center platforms. Strong experience in Linux system administration, including proficiency with shell scripting and command-line utilities. Proficiency in ScriptRunner for Jira to develop Groovy scripts for automation and customization. Experience with application log analysis, system health monitoring, and troubleshooting performance issues. Experience with integrations, REST APIs, and Atlassian Marketplace apps such as Tempo Timesheets, Jira Misc Workflow Extensions, Custom Charts for Jira, eazyBI for Jira Understanding of workflow automation, security settings, and best practices in Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-120, ACP-600, or equivalent). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of cloud-based Atlassian administration (Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud) is a plus.
