Key Responsibilities: Application Administration: Manage and administer Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Crowd, including general setup, configurations, and security management. Backend Administration: Perform system-level troubleshooting by analyzing application logs, monitoring system health, and optimizing performance. Linux Administration: Utilize Linux commands for system-level diagnostics, issue resolution, and application maintenance. Scripting & Automation: Implement automation and advanced configurations using ScriptRunner for Jira to enhance workflows and streamline operations.
