We work in 5:30 pm to 1:30 am shift

Key Responsibilities:

IT Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in a company’s IT department, which includes managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. Some of an IT Project Manager’s day-to-day duties include:

Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals

Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports

Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees

Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities

Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget

Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence

Conducting risk assessments for projects

Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

Specific Skills & Qualifications:

Project Management:

Proven experience in project management, ideally with a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development processes, manufacturing, and regulatory requirements is a big plus.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Software Proficiency:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA), MS Office, and potentially industry-specific software.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively.
