Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage software development projects across full lifecycle (initiation to delivery).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality, and successful delivery of projects.
• Drive and manage

  scrum ceremonies

  including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Manage sprint execution, identify bottlenecks, and resolve conflicts to ensure continuous progress.
• Track project metrics, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers on

  ReactJS, Python, and Java-based projects

  , ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years

  of professional experience in software development & project management.
• Strong knowledge of

  ReactJS, Python, and Java

  (hands-on coding experience preferred).
• Proven expertise in

  Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and sprint management

  .
• Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools such as

  Jira, Trello, Confluence, Git, or similar

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM)

  or

  Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2)

  .
• Prior experience leading distributed/remote teams.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
