Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong hands-on understanding of ReactJS, Python, and Java, along with proven expertise in project management methodologies. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and project delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between development teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage software development projects across full lifecycle (initiation to delivery).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality, and successful delivery of projects.
• Drive and manage scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
• Manage sprint execution, identify bottlenecks, and resolve conflicts to ensure continuous progress.
• Track project metrics, prepare progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with developers on ReactJS, Python, and Java-based projects, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in software development & project management.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS, Python, and Java (hands-on coding experience preferred).
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and sprint management.
• Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, Git, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM/PSM) or Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2).
• Prior experience leading distributed/remote teams.
• Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹458,358.38 - ₹938,206.73 per year
