Role Overview

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of projects that span across multiple business verticals. This role ensures effective management of resources, schedules, budgets, and quality standards, while adhering to global project management, SDLC controls and governance guidelines. The manager oversees project execution, risks, issues, and change requests to secure successful project outcomes and contributes to continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish

timelines, and set communication and testing strategies.

• Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-line-of-business initiatives from initiation to closure.

• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.

• Develop, manage, and track project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.

• Analyze project economics, providing insights on cost-benefit and ROI.

• Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.

• Oversee acquisition and management of project resources, materials, and tools.

• Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and executive presentations.

• Drive process improvements and promote efficiency, automation, and best practices.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional, matrix environments.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.

• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.

• Information Technology knowledge is required in advanced level.

• Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
