Technical project Manager-ERP

Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in ERP implementations for immediate onboarding in Hyderabad. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience and proven hands-on delivery of SAP, Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale ERP projects, ensuring alignment to business needs and timely delivery.
• Oversee analysis, configuration, integration, deployment, and support for SAP, Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft systems.
• Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with engineering, HR, finance, and stakeholders for effective project outcome.
• Develop and drive end-user training, change management, and go-live support plans for new system rollouts.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, create functional and technical designs, and ensure comprehensive documentation for solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, stakeholder workshops, and provide recommendations for system enhancements.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables through project lifecycle, applying agile or waterfall methodologies.
• Ensure regulatory and data compliance throughout all ERP initiatives.
• Coordinate post-go-live production support and troubleshooting for SAP, Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft platforms.
• Provide detailed reporting to leadership and manage vendor relationships where required.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) implementing and managing ERP projects with SAP, Workday, Kronos, and PeopleSoft.
• Hands-on system configuration, migrations, integration, and support for payroll, time & attendance, HRMS, talent, and compensation modules.
• Strong background in business process mapping, systems analysis, project planning, and risk management.
• Leadership in stakeholder management, team building, and change management strategies.
• Proficiency in driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering training to end users.
• Expert in both agile and waterfall delivery methods, and accustomed to immediate onboarding commitments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-country ERP rollouts and support.
• Proven success in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
