ERP Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end 

  ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration

   projects across multiple business units.
• 
  
• Manage and align multiple 

  vendors

   and 

  internal teams

   (IT, Finance, Operations, etc.) for seamless project execution.
• 
  
• Define 

  project scope, timelines, budgets

  , and manage associated 

  risks and dependencies

  .
• 
  
• Oversee 

  ERP integrations, data migrations, and module interconnectivity

   to ensure robust system performance.
• 
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ERP design and functionality align with business objectives.
• 
  
• Drive 

  go-live readiness, testing, and change management

   to support successful adoption.
• 
  
• Ensure governance, reporting, and compliance with project standards and documentation requirements.
• 
  
• Conduct regular 

  status meetings, risk assessments,

   and performance reviews.
• 
  
• Promote continuous improvement and efficiency in ERP-related processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years

   of experience in 

  ERP Project Management

   (preferably on 

  Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365

  ).
• 
  
• Strong understanding of 

  ERP functional modules, integrations,

   and 

  technical architecture.

• 
  
• Proven ability to manage 

  end-to-end project lifecycles

   and large cross-functional teams.
• 
  
• Strong 

  stakeholder management, leadership,

   and 

  communication

   skills.
• 
  
• Proficiency with 

  project management tools

   (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
• 
  

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification

   preferred.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and manage global stakeholders in a remote setup.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in 

  manufacturing, retail, or supply chain

   ERP environments.
