Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Data Engineering & artificial intelligence (AI), and cloud technologies to join our innovative team in Noida, IND. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience managing complex technical projects, with exceptional communication and client-handling skills to drive successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of technical projects focused on computer vision and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and cloud architects, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Oversee the implementation of cloud-based AI and computer vision solutions, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and mitigation strategies.

Drive agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure iterative progress and timely delivery of milestones.

Facilitate technical discussions, bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.

Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative team environment.

Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, computer vision, and cloud technologies to inform project strategies.
Qualifications :
-
Minimum of 12 years in technical project management, with at least 10 years focused on complex Data and AI projects.

Proven expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application in AI-driven solutions.

Strong understanding of Data techniques (e.g., ETL, business intelligence, data modelling, system integrations and migrations) and AI frameworks (e.g., ML, Agentic frameworks, generative AI, ).

Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including clients and executives.

Outstanding client-handling skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience working with distributed teams and managing projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI + Data pipelines and Google cloud.
