Job Description

Role: Technical Project Lead

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in leading software development teams and
projects.
Strong technical background and hands-on understanding of:

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript

Backend: Go Language

Mobile: Flutter, React Native

Cloud: Azure, AWS, or GCP (at least one)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools:

Word (documentation and specs),

PowerPoint (presentations, client updates),

Excel (tracking, reporting, estimations, resource planning).

Strong project documentation skills including writing use cases, technical requirements, and meeting summaries.
Familiarity with JIRA, Bugherd, or similar task/issue tracking tools.
Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) practices and SDLC workflows.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Good to Have:

Exposure to AI-based development tools and platforms such as: Replit, OpenAI APIs, Windsurf
Experience in additional backend or infrastructure technologies.
Prior involvement in DevOps and CI/CD processes is a plus.
