We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Lead to Serve as a technical lead across all stages of the software development lifecycle.

• Provide architectural oversight, conduct code/design reviews, and enforce quality assurance.
• Engage with stakeholders to align technical solutions with regulatory and business requirements in the capital markets domain.
• Guide teams in the development and support of high-availability, secure financial applications.
• Ensure smooth DevOps processes and manage L3 production support.

Technical Delivery:

• Lead architecture, design, and development of web-based enterprise applications in the capital markets domain using Java (JSP, Struts, EJB).
• Review and approve

• Conduct

  code reviews

  to ensure adherence to best practices, design patterns, and maintainability.
• Drive event-driven architecture implementation for real-time systems.
• Integrate and deploy on IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat, and Windows environments.
• Implement messaging and asynchronous communication via IBM MQ.
• Optimize SQL queries and data access on IBM DB2.

Application Development & Maintenance:

• Drive development using

  JSP, Struts, EJB

• Implement messaging and event processing using

Platform Management:

• Manage core modules such as:
• Investor and Broker eServices Platforms
• Electronic Contract Note (ECN) Management
• Securities Settlements and Depository Applications
• Corporate Actions

DevOps and QA:

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Anchor the QA team dedicated for the specific set of applications for test strategy,

  QA reviews

  , and quality compliance.
• Manage L3 support, bug fixing, and performance optimization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work with Depositories, MIIs, Brokers, Banks, and other regulated entities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure solutions.

Governance and Reviews:

• Conduct design and code reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
