Position Title: IT Project Lead / Software Lead

Role Summary

The IT Project / Software Lead is responsible for assisting in planning, coordinating, and delivering software projects by working closely with cross-functional teams. The role involves overseeing small modules or tasks, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining code quality, and supporting project execution under the guidance of senior leads or managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing software development projects.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Take ownership of small project modules or features and ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Prepare project documentation including requirements, progress updates, and technical notes.
• Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables; escalate issues when needed.
• Support deployment activities, version control, and release management.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security practices, and quality guidelines.
• Communicate project status and updates to team members and supervisors.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) & Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of at Angular , Node , Mongodb, Azure VM Services.
• Basic experience with UI frameworks, APIs, databases, and version control tools (Git).
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure , Aws ) is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of project management tools (Gitlab).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automation tools, or DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with testing tools and QA processes.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
