Technical Project Lead

As a highly experienced Senior .NET Architect & Development Lead, your role will involve designing, developing, and managing large-scale enterprise applications using .NET technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET applications. - Defining best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies. - Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security compliance. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. - Mentoring and guiding the development team to foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, execution, and delivery. - Troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing strategic solutions. - Staying updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 15+ years of experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API). - Proven expertise in software architecture and design patterns. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred). - Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React preferred). - Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Experience in project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Preferred qualifications include: - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or similar certifications. - Experience in microservices architecture. - Exposure to data security, compliance, and performance optimization.
