Job Description

Technical Product Owner (TPO)

Location: Hyderabad, Chennai (Work from Office)

Role Overview

Technical Product Owner (TPO)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and mitigate root causes of portfolio analysis system instability; recommend improvements.

• Assess performance and migration-related reports; define target-state strategy (Cloud-Native/TIME).

• Maintain a 2–3 month agile roadmap, ensuring predictable delivery across sprints.

• Partner with developers, quants, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable backlog items.

• Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability to business goals.

• Oversee UAT, documentation, and release readiness for all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years as a product owner or BA within asset management or risk/performance technology developing solution designs.

• Strong understanding of Aladdin capabilities, performance measurement, and returns attribution.

• Experience with SQL or Python to perform data analysis to inform business requirements and solutions

• Experience managing complex roadmaps in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Preferred Skills

· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication

· Ability to coordinate global delivery teams and manage dependencies across time zones
