Technical Product Owner

As a Technical Product Owner at Barclays, you will be responsible for operationalizing cutting-edge machine learning and generative AI solutions. Your role involves ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient deployment across infrastructure. Working alongside a team of developers, you will deliver a technology stack using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with engineering teams and understand APIs, architecture, and integration patterns. - Define and maintain product roadmaps, write clear and actionable user stories, and translate complex requirements into deliverable features. - Utilize data to inform product strategy and prioritization. - Lead agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, and drive iterative delivery in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborate with product owners and technical teams to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap. - Provide subject matter expertise to support collaboration between product owner and technical side of product development. - Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business value and feasibility. - Develop and implement assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Technical fluency with experience in engaging with engineering teams and understanding APIs, architecture, and integration patterns. - Experience in customer-centric product ownership, defining product roadmaps, writing user stories, and translating complex requirements into deliverable features. - Strong analytical background with experience using data to inform product strategy and prioritization. - Certified in Scaled Agile (e.g., SAFe) with a track record of leading agile teams and driving iterative delivery in a fast-paced environment. This role is based out of Pune.
