Technical Presales Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-facing Pre-Sales Manager with strong exposure to AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics products. This role focuses on product evangelism, solution consulting, and delivering compelling product demonstrations to customers across India and international markets. The role requires extensive travel and active participation in customer meetings, conferences, and global events

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagements to understand business challenges and analytics requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor for AI and data analytics solutions during client discussions.
• Represent the company at domestic and international customer events, conferences, and industry forums.
• Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations of AI/ML and analytics platforms.
• Clearly articulate product value propositions, differentiators, and business outcomes.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer requirements and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure solution feasibility.
• Support the sales team throughout the deal lifecycle, including RFPs, RFQs, and proposals.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution documents, and proposals.
• Ensure proactive communication, follow-ups, and customer feedback management.
• Provide market and customer insights to product teams for roadmap alignment.
• The role requires extensive travel across India and international locations for customer engagements, events, conferences, and partner meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ hands-on experience in presales (AI/ML or data analytics product lines).
• Strong expertise in client meetings, requirement gathering, and solution designing.
• Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.
• Proficiency in preparing technical documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
