Operations Manager Location: Chembur / Govandi Experience: 3+ years in Operations & Logistics About the Role We are looking for a technically strong Operations Manager to manage daily operations, customer orders, vendor coordination, and logistics. The role requires strict discipline in following SOPs project to project, maintaining QC standards, accurate documentation, and raising red flags if projects are stuck. The Operations Manager will act as the main coordination point between customers, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end customer orders from confirmation to delivery. Place and follow up vendor orders, track logistics, and monitor deliveries. Ensure strict SOPs are followed for every project with complete documentation. Implement and monitor quality control (QC) across all processes. Raise early warnings/red flags if timelines slip or project execution is at risk. Coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Finance, Accounts, Tender, Technical) and external stakeholders. Maintain CRM data, prepare MIS dashboards, and share status with leadership. Track payments, follow up with customers, and support the finance team. Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical field (first preference) 3–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, or project coordination Strong knowledge of logistics, QC, SOP-based project handling, and documentation Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools Good communication skills for dealing with customers, vendors, and teams Organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills Knowledge of government processes and tenders will be an advantage Why Join Us? The role involves preparing and delivering product demos, technical presentations, and proposals to government and defense clients, while also supporting tender documentation and solution design. This is anin-office rolewith strong collaboration across sales and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demos, and solution proposals for government/defense clients. Collaborate with sales teams to analyze client requirements and design suitable solutions. Assist in preparing tender documents, RFPs, and RFQs . Translate technical product features into client-ready value propositions. Work closely with internal engineering teams for solution validation.
