Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Technical Person to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and enhancing our technological resources, supporting our faculty and students, and ensuring a seamless learning experience through the effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support for classroom technology, online learning platforms, and administrative software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for faculty and students.
• Platform Management:
• Oversee the operation of online learning management systems and ensure content is updated and accessible.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital resources for students.
• System Maintenance:
• Regularly assess and maintain the performance of hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of technical resources.
• Data Management:
• Manage and analyze student performance data to inform teaching strategies and improve student outcomes.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with faculty to integrate technology into the curriculum effectively.
• Participate in strategic planning for technology initiatives and enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of learning management systems and online educational tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with educational technologies and tools relevant to UPSC preparation.
