Job Description

As a Technical Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of technical equipment and processes at our bio organic fertilizer manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the technical aspects of production, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, etc.).
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of bio organic fertilizer production processes and equipment is preferred.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Participate in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory of spare parts.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement changes.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to bio organic fertilizer production.
