Sr. Engineer - Engineering

Essential Criteria:

• 1. BE/Diploma in electronics Engineering, In-depth knowledge of SMT, Paste printer, AOI, SPI, conformal & X-Ray machine- Programming, Operation & Machine maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• 2. Responsible for handling, training to operator, monitor & control - SMT, Paste printer ,AOI,SPI , conformal & X-Ray machine.
• 3. Responsible for best utilisation & cycle time optimisation of SMT, Paste printer , AOI,SPI , conformal & X-Ray machine
• 4. Ensure no major downtime due to breakdown maintenance.
• 5. Implementation of Quality Management System as per, IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 standard related to Maintenance function.
• 6. Ensuring maintenance of critical machines is done periodically from respective service providers.
• 7. Giving Guidance to the Reporting Persons
• 8. Keep Machine list / Asset list updated.
• 9. Keeping Liaison with AMC contractors
• 10. Taking temperature profiles of reflow and wave solder machines.
• 11. To ensure that functional Process Indicators and Objectives to be achieved.
• 12. To support other functions if required.
• 13. To support in making budget for spares required.
• 14. Control on regular & critical spares stock
• 15. Monitor energy conservation
• 16. Develop In-house Jigs/ Fixtures as & when required.
• 17. Develop substitute suppliers for the spares and general parts.
• 18. Installation, commissioning of machines received

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• 1. In-depth knowledge of SMT, Paste printer, AOI, SPI, conformal & X-Ray machine- Programming, Operation & Machine maintenance.
• 2. Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance of plant and machinery related to Production, and Utility.
• 3. Predictive Maintenance of key machines.
• 4. Good interpersonal and communication skill,
• 5. Knowledge of ISO/EMS.
• 6. Knowledge of MS 0ffice.
• 7. Knowledge of SAP preferable.
• 8. Presentation Skills
