Requirements BE/ BTech Civil Engineering. Fresher. Flexible approach to work location. Strong technical & analytical skills Good communication and presentation skills Experience of working with, and managing, small sized focused technical teams Roles and Responsibilities Stand assessment to be done at prior to the show as per guidelines given by show organizers. Preparing forms like Stand assessment, opening check and Sustainability. Reviewing method statement, Risk assessment, Insurance and Vendor performance bond for stands. Health and safety Audits to be conducted at site for organisers as per OSHA and HSE standards. Recommending improvements for the safety measures and steps taken by an organization to protect the health and safety of its workforce. Identifying vulnerabilities and weaknesses in the safety measures taken by a company. Inspecting of Fire extinguisher, Food counters, PPE kits and Emergency exits of Venue. Advising contractors, labours about health and safety and hazards elements. Report any structural concerns about stand/structure to the structural engineer. Preparing of Incident reports and complete reports for the entire show. Train resources to handle emergency situations and on first aid treatment, evacuation procedures, firefighting techniques, etc.
