Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain student records, examination data, and other essential information also engaging with student communication and enrolling them in the courses. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter and update student information in the institute’s database and CRM system. Handle student queries related to registration, course details, fees, and batches via phone, email, or in person. Assist with the registration and onboarding process for new students. Maintain and organize digital and physical student records. Support in preparing admission reports, attendance sheets, and enrollment summaries. Coordinate with the academic and sales teams to ensure smooth batch allotment and course allocation. Follow up with students for document submissions, fee payments, and confirmation of admissions. Help manage student feedback collection and maintain records for improvement tracking. Qualifications and skills required: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role (experience in an educational institute preferred). Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, and basic CRM/database software. Typing speed of at least 35-40 WPM with high accuracy. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. Prior experience in student communication or administrative support in an educational setup is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
