Technical Operations Engineer

As an Operations Executive at our company, your primary responsibility will be to work on the deployment, operations, and service of Peppermint robots at customer locations. You will also oversee demos across operational regions and participate in technical briefings from the engineering teams, enabling you to learn about robotics with Peppermint. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain company products or systems at client sites. - Manage and execute operations and service of Peppermint Robots. - Handle service, preventive maintenance, and technical support queries for Peppermint customers. - Lead robot deployments and demos, including programming, training, and certification of customer staff. - Provide detailed documentation and reporting on deployments, demos, and maintenance + service plans as per Key Result Areas (KRAs). - Ensure timely resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in all customer interactions. - Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site. - Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to offer informed recommendations to clients. - Document service activities, including troubleshooting steps, repairs performed, and parts used. Qualifications Required: - B.E. / Diploma in Electronics or Mechanical with a specialization in Electronics or Mechanical. The company is located in Pune. Experience And Skills / Qualities We Deeply Value: - 2-5 years of experience, preferably in Industrial/Manufacturing/Electronics testing. - Good customer-facing skills, ability to listen to customers, assure them, and document interactions on the company portal. - Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role within the Automation, Robotics, Machine Manufacturing, or Automobiles industry. - Time management and problem-solving skills, along with a willingness to learn software related to the cleaning industry. - Must hold a valid and up-to-date driver's license. - Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role within the territory.
