Technical Operations Engineer

As a Linux System Administrator at nFerence Labs, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Linux servers and infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installing, configuring, and updating Linux operating systems and applications. - Ensuring system performance, availability, and security. - Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines. - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues on a 24/7 rotational basis. - Implementing and maintaining monitoring solutions such as Prometheus and Grafana. - Applying security patches and updates regularly. - Managing access controls and implementing security best practices. - Working with development and operations teams to support application deployment and infrastructure improvements. - Providing technical support and resolving operational issues. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.). - Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
