The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and administration of the Landcraft GolfLinks site. This includes managing all housekeeping, technical (MEP), and administrative staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining high service levels for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Operations & Maintenance
Oversee operation and maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems at the site.
Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are followed for all equipment (DG sets, lifts, HVAC, STP, WTP, fire-fighting systems, etc.).
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, replacement, and AMC services.
Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance logs, inventory, and equipment performance.
2. Housekeeping & Facility Management
Supervise housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the premises.
Plan manpower deployment and ensure proper training and grooming of housekeeping staff.
Monitor use of housekeeping materials and ensure cost-effective procurement.
Conduct regular inspections of public areas, residential blocks, and amenities.
3. Administrative Management
Manage and coordinate administrative staff for smooth office operations and documentation.
Prepare and monitor budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
Handle procurement, vendor management, and service agreements related to technical and housekeeping activities.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, labor laws, safety norms, etc.).
4. Staff Supervision & Leadership
Lead a multidisciplinary team of technical, housekeeping, and administrative personnel.
Plan work schedules, assign responsibilities, and review staff performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance appraisals.
Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and customer service excellence.
5. Safety, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to all safety, fire, and environmental standards.
Conduct regular safety drills and maintain safety audit reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on maintenance, housekeeping, and operations.
Address and resolve resident complaints in coordination with the RWA or site management office.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
